LIEAP

Mountain CAP of WV Inc., a CDC partners with the WV Department of Human Services to help eligible residents fill out LIEAP application in the fall of each year. If you are interested in applying for energy/heating assistance please submit an Information Request Form from the website or call any of our offices. This program is only available for a few weeks each fall, please watch your local paper for more information each fall.

Community Outreach

Mountain CAP of WV Inc., supports the communities in which we operate through partnerships, collaborations, home and business loans, various  support programs, as well as direct contact with residents. If you are interested in volunteering with any of our programs please submit an Information Request Form from the website or contact one of our offices.
