Health and Wellness

· Array of services on a part-time or intermittent basis for aged/disabled individuals who meet the guidelines

· Certified Home Health Aids under the supervision of a registered nurse. Caregivers are CPR and First Aid trained and complete 32 hours of training each year. We are committed to quality care.

· Socially Necessary Services are interventions that are necessary to improve relationships and social functioning, with the goal of preserving the individual’s tenure in the community or the integrity of the family or social system.

· Licensed Social Workers assess, identify, and provide expectations in support of the goal of keeping the child in the home.

· Promotes and builds tobacco prevention coalitions.

· Provides mini-grants to community groups
